We have vans available for scheduled collection and delivery from Monday to Friday.
Collections
Our vans offer a free collection of your donated large furniture items within a 20 mile radius from the shop in Blackminster. Collections over 20 miles or of numerous items will have to be agreed with the warehouse manager in order to work within our other scheduled collections.
Please note that collection is at the discretion of our drivers, if an item is not as described on the donation form or is in poor condition we will regrettably be unable to take it. It is very important that you give us as much information as possible when you are donating your items including size and condition, in order to avoid this.
We cannot accept any upholstered items without a fire label.
Deliveries:
We charge a nominal fee for our deliveries and you can arrange them when you purchase your items, we aim to delivery to you swiftly but this will depend on what deliveries have already been scheduled.

It is very important that you inform us of any difficulties our drivers may face in getting an item to your door. Any stairs or narrow entrances or difficulty in parking the van close to your accommodation must be told to staff at the point of arranging delivery .
